One of the common reasons to get a hosting server of your own is the fact you will have 100 % control over the software environment and you'll be able to install anything you wish. This will enable you to run applications which need certain software to be present on the machine, which is not possible with a shared Internet hosting server in which you are able to install software only within the account, but not on a root level. If you aren't very familiar with this sort of matters, however, you might face problems since managing a hosting server of your own differs from managing a regular shared Internet hosting account. In this light, we offer an upgrade with our hosting server packages called Installation & Troubleshooting, so our admins can easily take care of different tasks that should be performed or can resolve various issues that you could face.

Installation and Troubleshooting in VPS Web Hosting
The upgrade could be obtained for any one of the virtual private server solutions regardless of the OS and Control Panel you have chosen or the task that you need to be done as our administrators will help you with everything related to the software on the hosting server. This includes, but isn't limited to, installing third-party applications, setting up hosting server options, troubleshooting scripts if they don't function efficiently, etcetera. The upgrade features sixty minutes of work and if a particular task requires less time, the remaining minutes shall be available for the future and shall be listed within the virtual private server billing Control Panel. You can use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as an independent upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which includes 30 minutes of custom work on your hosting server. In this way, you may work on your websites without worrying that you will not be able to use some application or losing time on technical matters.
- Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers Hosting
In case you require our upgrade for any reason, you can add it to your dedicated server with a few clicks from your billing Control Panel or if you will require some custom work on the machine as soon as it's put in place, you can obtain the upgrade during the signup procedure and inform us what exactly you need to be performed, so everything shall be ready once your machine is working. 60 minutes of custom work are included to your account each time you acquire the upgrade, so you can use this service as many times as you require. If some task needs less time to be completed, you'll not lose the remaining minutes and they'll be available for future tasks. Our upgrade will let you focus on building and advertising your sites without spending time on maintaining the dedicated web server or the software set up on it. You'll be able to take full advantage of it if you also use our Managed Services upgrade, but the 30 min it provides aren't sufficient to execute all tasks that you need. - Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers Hosting
